10 Months Old!

Hey everyone I'm 10 months old now! I am growing up so fast. I am getting so good with my hands, I can pick almost anything up now. I can also point now and hold my finger up like the number one. A few more teeth have come in, they help a lot now that I'm eating fresh fruits and vegetables now. Because of these teeth, I have become a really good drooler. A week or so ago my dad put me on the scale, guess how much I weighed... 24 pounds, wow I'm getting big. I can pull myself up now, I will pull myself up on anything I can get a strong hold on. My mom and dad are practicing walking a lot with me. I'm getting pretty good with my balance. I still love playing, but I am really interested in all of the grown up toys, like the camera the remote and magazines. I'm really good at crawling now I just zip all over the floors. I am also experimenting with my vocal cords a lot now. I say ba ba ba when I am playing ball. I also say ma ma ma and da da da. I love grunting and making funny noises with my lips. I am still clapping a lot, I clap when my favorite movie is on, when I hear a song I like and when I feel happy. I understand what the word "no" means, though sometimes I don't wanna stop what I'm doing, it's funner that way. I still like going on walks and I like to see all the doggies outside. The park is always a blast, I love exploring nature. Here are some pictures of the last month.

A new adventure, the Park!

Over the past few weeks I've been exploring the park, what a blast! We bring a blanket from home and set up a play area with toys. But I am really not interested in my toys you see, there is so much more to explore. I like to play with the grass and other things, I always try to put grass or leaves in my mouth but that silly Gina always stops me. I love swinging on the swings, it is so much fun. Big Girl Food

Well I'm so big now my mom and dad started giving me big girl food! It is so much fun, I like mushing in my hands and putting it my mouth. I love eating bananas and pears, even peaches, and I thought the jarred fruit was good ;) I've also come to like mashed potatoes quite well. I still like biter biscuits and baby food, but this new stuff is so much fun. Here I am eating a biter biscuit and potatoes today for lunch

Busy Bee!

Growing Strong

I'm getting so strong everyone!! Here I am trying to pull my self up. I'm so curious about everything these days. These days I am so good at crawling I zip around the house. My toys are still fun, but crawling is a blast!

Expressions!

Hello everyone! I'm growing so much each day. I am getting really good at expressing myself. I still like to do Katie-zilla, but this is a new way I've found to express my happiness, instead I say: "oooo, oooo." It's really silly.
In the last few days I've learned to scrunch my face so funny. It always makes everyone laugh.

9 Months Old!

Today is my 9 month Birthday. I've grown so much in the past month, my biggest accomplishment, CRAWLING. So much fun and it makes life a lot easier being able to get around myself. We still love to play and one of my new favorite things is dancing time. I like the Hokey Pokey dance and dancing to Old McDonald had a farm, those animal noises are so funny! I've also become a little more friendly with the sippy cup. It has a big nipple so it's a lot like a bottle. I'm really good at clapping and waving now. One of my most favorite things to do these days are look in the mirror, I'm just so cute I can't get enough! I'm getting brave and strong, I like to try to pull myself up holding on to the baby bouncer, I'll be pulling myself to my feet in no time. I love spending time with mom and dad, they are so funny and always make me laugh.  I'm growing each day and I'm so happy to be crawling! Here I am trying out my new sippy, I really like that it is so much like my bottle!Here I am showing off my clapping skills, I'm pretty good at it. Here I am having a good time playing!Bath Time!!  I was having so much fun!I like to suck my thumb, it really calms me down and gives me comfort.I like to play with my binki, I fiddle with it in my mouth, its pretty entertaining at times.
